San Elk Organic Low FODMAP Vegetable Stock is a concentrated powdered vegetable stock specifically formulated without onion, garlic or celery. It provides a convenient stock option for cooking where a Low FODMAP vegetable stock is required.
One 160g container makes approximately 13 litres of stock.
How to use
Dissolve approximately 1 teaspoon of stock powder in 250ml of hot water or add the powder directly to cooking as a seasoning.
Use in soups, risottos, sauces, casseroles, curries and other dishes requiring vegetable stock.
