San Elk Organic Vegetable Stock is a concentrated powdered vegetable stock made in Australia from finely ground vegetables, herbs and spices. Use it to make liquid stock or add the powder directly to cooking as a seasoning.
One 160g container makes approximately 13 litres of stock.
How to use
Dissolve approximately 1 teaspoon of stock powder in 250ml of hot water.
Use for soups, risottos, casseroles, curries, sauces, gravies and other dishes requiring vegetable stock. The powder can also be added directly while cooking.
